Mr. McDonald's franchise owner, why do you charge 90 cents to add onions and another 90 cents to add pickles and you only add 2 pickles then I can't even see the onions (WHAT A RIP OFF TO THE LOCALS AND VACATIONERS) This is or should be embarrassing for you if it's not then the girl who asks for your order at the drive thru intercom that doesn't understand half of what you say is... Please train your staff and stop robbing people's money for 2 little pickles so sad you are!
I always went to McDonald before and after work to get me food,and I never get my order right,but every time that little girl with the tattoo take my order,I never have to repeat my order twice,she got it perfectly,I haven't got any issue talking to her,she speak softly and friendly,when I come by the window to pay my food,she always smile and greet,I told her she's the first one that got my order right,and that I don't have to repeat myself,and she reply,thank you,I learn that listening to the customer and focusing on what they're ordering is the best way to get their order right and,she make suggestion about the food,I got me 2 10piece of nuggets and I didn't know that it cost more than the 20piece,so as I went to the window,she asked me of I wanted the 20piece instead,And I actually like it,I dnt have to pay more,I pay less..I like that kind of customer service..hoping to see more of good customer service from the other employee
Food was nice, however not one member of staff was smiling, I got the impression the focus was on the drive thru. As only 1 person was serving and there was a large queue. I had to wait 10mins for my order to be placed, there was only 1 person in front of me. Would of been 1 star if it wasn't for the food
Long wait time in the drive thru. They also got my order wrong. When I called to notify them that they had made a mistake on my order I was placed on hold for a extended period of time. Then when someone picked up the phone it randomly got disconnected. Personally I try to avoid going to the Waimea McDonald's.
This location has consistantly always had good food, great service and no mistakes on my order. The drive through is quick and since it is in the middle of the island it is a great place to grab a bite as you are going through town.
