Everything went well. The car was delivered with a half tank of gas. The guys behind the counter told me that, so no issues except the original document they provided said it was full and so it had to be reprinted. There were no surprise charges, attempts to upsell, etc. I'd rent here again. Turn in at Kona airport was easy.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Will NEVER rent with Dollar again. This location is particularly horrible. Unreal. DO NOT rent here. Your rates will not stay what they quote and the their sales tactics are almost offensive in their absurdity. If they weren't closest to us I wouldn't have agreed to rent from them.next time I'll drive to enterprise at the airport.
Waiting for ages to finally being told that they don't have a car we booked. They were apparently "missing" 80 cars...
