Dr. Lucas is a wannabe player and a fraud. His staff of young pretty girls is disorganized and incompetent. His privileges with North Hawaii Community Hospital make sense because that hosptial caters ONLY to the wealthy tourists -- they actually turn away local people and babies are dying because of them.
