The store is clean and Kuulei is always pleasant and ready to give me exactly what I want and need. I called ahead to get my name on the list and when I arrived I was in the chair in 2 minutes. Keep up the great work!
What a shame. I had a 10:00 appt for a haircut. I arrived at 9:55. No one greeted me or the 5 other people who came in after me. I waited until 10:15 and approached the counter. Finally someone came up and I asked them- I have a 10:00 appt with Natlyn. I was told nothing. If there was even a little bit of customer service I would have waited. It was obvious that the staff did not care at all about all the people waiting...... I made they appt at that time for a reason. Will not return..... There is no Aloha here--.
I've come to the Waimea Supercuts numerous times and have had a good experience. When checking in I was told an hour wait, then when we went back they said another 10 minutes and then the other girl there said oh not it's another 30 minutes or more. The other customer was also asking how long and he got the same run around. I totally understand that they are busy like any other place but getting the run around is not acceptable. You can at least call your customer and say we're almost ready for you instead of making us walk back and forth asking if we're up next. Really disappointed with Supercuts right now.
Just got an excellent cut this morning. $21 + tip. I've paid twice as much in Atlanta, Manhattan and LA and not been as happy with the results. My advice; go early, be friendly and know how you want your hair cut.
I sat in the seat and notice a cockroach run across the floor. That should have been my first sign to get up and leave. Also, at the bottom of the walls underneath the mirrors that line it; you could see dirt building up in the cracks. When i went in for my hair cut the lady obviously didnt know what she was doing and cut my hair in all sorts of directions. By the end of it all my hair was uneven and i was close to crying. Whats even worst is that at the end of my appoinment i still had to pay for the horrible haircut. Never Going back to this place ever again. I advise anyone else not to as well.
