My wife had physical therapy in March 2017. We paid in advance for her treatment. It is now nine months later and we have not received our money back from Mana. They took forever to file the insurance (as they had their money). I have made at least a dozen phone calls over the nine months trying to get our money that they owe us. They finally filed the paperwork correctly with the insurance company and received our money over two weeks ago. On November 27, Jonathon left me a message promising that they would be sending out our check by registered mail and that we should receive it on November 28. Now eight days later still no check from them. I would NEVER use their services again.
