I was desperate for relief from extreme neck pain and spasms. I was able to get in for a massage that afternoon. The results from that first session were amazing. I woke up the next morning with no stabbing pain in my neck and upper shoulder, while the stiffness was still there, I had repeat sessions with longer times spent in the sauna.
