Great medical care today at this clinic. We only waited a few minutes before being seen by Dr. Martin. All of the staff were professional and polite. I docked one star because they were not able to accept my out of country health care - this would have been nice, but certainly not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Mahalo.
my dad then had issues, and he went there and was happy with this service as well.
I am incredibly grateful to the staff and doctors for their knowledge and kindness, and for making a not-so-fun vacation experience a complete non-issue.
Dr. Fogel was so nice and helpful. Our daughter was sick and needed to be cleared for.scuba diving. She assesed the problem, got the problem knocked out, and back in the water a few days later. Our town is so fortunate to have her service. I found out that she actually lives and often commutes from another island. Without her we drive to Kona or Hilo. Thank you!!
Both my wife and I got strep while in Hawaii. They were extremely fast to take us in and provide treatment. staff were extremely helpful and provided guidance on payment and submission processes as we were out of country.

To clarify another post. Her office is Very Small. Any problems with staff or her business is unfortunately public. Dealing with the problem described is tough and stressful. Give her a break for doing the right thing and Get Thicker Skin. Aloha!
We were able to get back to enjoying our vacation, healthy, within days.
I was travelling on the big island and punctured my foot. I'm not an American citizen so I was slightly concerned about what I would have to go through to get treated. The staff at the clinic were so helpful and were incredibly efficient. This was truly one of the best experiences I've ever had at a clinic - whether at home in Canada or anywhere else in the world.
