Their bikes are top notch and their service is outstanding!! Their MTN bikes are full suspension with dropper posts, and they had a couple of eBikes available as well.
My wife and I had our best experience on the big island with Jeremy and Alex. Their attention to detail and preparation was second to none. The mountain bike was in excellent condition and Quality exceeded expectations. The tour and scenery was phenomenal. The waterfall at Anna's pond was the highlight of the trip for us. We would recommend the tour to anyone interested in biking, learning more about the island and seeking an adventure!

Had a wonderful time with Alex of Big Island Bike Tours up at Anna's Ranch. If you are looking for a great (mountain)bike ride on the big island of Hawaii, go to Alex. Whether just a relaxed family ride, a beautiful smooth trail ride or some serious uphill climbing Alex will show you a good time. Sometimes paired with some historic or natural information about the island and its heritage. The bikes very well maintained and the whole organization around it super professional, helpful and taking care of individual preferences. Always combined with a super friendly approach, showing the Aloha spirit in everything he does. Just had an awesome time, thank you.
I did both a road and mountain bike ride with Alex and thoroughly enjoyed both of them. He has very nice bikes, both Giant, which were well tuned and smooth. The Vanilla Factory Ride was simply beautiful. You start in high farm country, descend through an amazing canopy of eucalyptus trees to the coast then up a good climb to a delicious milkshake. You finish with a ride along the coast to the stunning Waipio Valley. The MTB ride was a lot of climbing but not too difficult and the views were spectacular. Alex is a great host. I enjoyed his knowledge of the area and experiences from his pro career. I will definitely be back!
We rode Anna Ranch this morning and if you're not accustomed to uphill switch backs I would highly recommend reserving one of their eBikes ... Yes you still do a lot work with the eBike, but added assistance is welcomed (especially for someone like me who is not used to continuous uphill climbs)
We came here on a school event, and we had a great time. We went on a 19 mile bike ride all through Waimea. I enjoyed it so much that I worked their during the summer. Over all it was a great experience and Alex is really nice. Would recommended it for people with all experience levels.
