The kids complained the macaroni & cheese had no cheese in it. I tried and that was true. Definitely food is not the strongest suit (You can see the cooks in the kitchen - they look lost). Other dishes were ok and service was ok too.

Solid dinner. And you can see manta rays from the table. We walked down to the site for a closer look after.
The manager was nice to come by and apologize. So that was good. The location is really fantastic too. So, a bit of a mixed bag, bit would probably pick a different restaurant on the property for next time.
Manta is NOT a wine bar anymore. I was told they used to do flights and small samples but the machine that did that has been removed (May 2017). They do have a large wine selection if you buy a bottle, much of which is very pricey. Very limited selection by the glass. We had great food and service. Of course the view is amazing. Very nice place overall. The live music was tasteful and relaxing.
Overpriced food, no advertising on the $70 per person brunch. A couple of issues taken to the manager resulted in no consideration and a response of "so what do you want?" Suggest you take your business elsewhere.
Tuna tartar was pretty bad - the fish looked greyand didn't smell good at all. I sent it back.
