Called because I needed to switch doctors. They were very inconsiderate and rude telling me before fully asking why I needed to switch that my reason wasn't good enough. The lady on the phone had no people skills at all. Glad I didn't get in. That's somewhere I wouldn't want caring for me or my unborn child. I have no problem with the word no. It was how it was delivered.

Absolutely love Dr.Shimizu and her awesome staff! Always sweet and kind and definitely welcoming! I had an amazing delivery and recovery. Always got right back to me when I had a question. Definitely recommend them!
