Terrible experience!! The first doctor I consulted with at the office was very nice. When I went in for my colonoscopy I was in serious pain and while I was screaming and crying for Dr. Ahloy to stop, he would not. I felt VERY violated and so embarrassed!! This happened a few years ago, and wasn't going to write anything until one of my coworkers recently told me the same thing happened to her at this office. Make sure if you get a procedure like this to get get sedated, fully sedated!!
Dr. Ah Loy is not only a good and loyal friend, he is a great doctor. When our daughter Anne was found to have chronic pancreatitis at age 17, his care and concern was unmatched. He suggested a specialist in Seattle who became part of our family in that he spent the next 9 years studying and treating Anne. Thank God, Anne has been symptom free for the last 10 years. Thank you, Ron, for all you do!
Having a colonoscopy is not something most folks would look forward to, but the staff at Dr. Ah Loy's workplace did their best to make things right. The prep and procedure were explained thoroughly and the procedure itself was completely painless. After procedure care was thorough and kindly. I can't say enough nice things about the overall process.
