Very friendly service, and I highly recommend the vegetable sandwich. It was like a stew in between bread.

It’s a cute little place, just on the other side of the Parker Ranch food court. Skip all that and come here.
We first stopped by this cafe 5 years ago and liked it so much we went back twice on our recent trip to the Big Island. Still the same good food - I had a turkey sandwich and later came back for the chocolate cheesecake. At lunchtime it can get a bit crowded as it appears to a favorite of the locals but a couple of hours prior to closing there should be no issue getting a seat.
The house coffee is excellent. The cream of red bean soup is unique; it’s almost a toned-down chili flavor.
Never had a bad bite here. It's a laid back cafe with plenty of seats and space. The take home items are delicious and the fresh fruit and veggie drinks are good although the coffee is a bit weak (for my taste). I recommend the pastrami & Swiss on sourdough. Owner and staff are friendly. A couple random customers gave me hugs on my birthday a while back while I was in line, that's the type of crowd you get at Lilikoi Cafe.
