Cute little place. Laid back vibe here. All food home made it smoked and great burgers. You are in cattleman's country. Nice little bar. The wait is worth it.
Great BBQ and the kids menu is impressive. The first time I had the fish tacos and second time I had a burger (there are number of specialty burgers, I forget the name, but something like Oh my goodness). My sides were fresh and delicious! Fries were some of the best I've had and the onion rings were golden brown and cooked perfectly too. Our kiddo had fish and chips and mac and cheese. The fish was flakey and cooked nicely, but the Mac and cheese was amazing! It wasn't a powder mix, but real cheese that was nicely stringy with each bite. I think we found another regular place to dinner when we come to the Big Island.
We had a great meal here on our visit to the Big Island. There were a few vegetarians in our group so we appreciated the fish and veggies options. The pulled pork was very good. It could have used some more seasoning, but that's personal preference. Overall a great restaurant and I'd return.
Service is super friendly and amazing staff all around. Bar is great. Love the lilikoi marharita. 3 stars because the food could use a bit more passion.
Nice bar. Kid friendly with many choices on the kid menu. Super laid back crowd. The fried green tomatoes are fresh, crispy, and, authentically made. Have the BBQ with a bit of the crackseed sauce for some Hawaiian local flavors. Ono grilled fish taco was delicately done. Yummy!
