I was using the dispenser in front of the store. I put in enough quarters to fill my 3 gallon bottle. I pressed the button, nothing happened. I pressed the coin return and only got back one quarter. I walk into the store and the female owner has my quarters in her hand and was clearly emptying out the dispenser. I told her it wasn't working and she said, "Well, you pressed the coin return." "Because nothing happened," I said. I waited, assuming she would give me back my quarters to try again. She glanced at me and said, "You pressed the coin return so you lost your money." AND SHE'S STANDING THERE WITH MY MONEY IN HER HAND. My first reaction is to leave. Instead, I go back outside and put in enough for one gallon and press the button. Again, nothing happens. The owner comes marching outside and slams her finger on the button. "I don't know why this isn't working. Just go fill up inside." No apology for stealing my money or the fact that it wasn't working. To not give the customer what they paid for is atrocious. The fact that this woman is hostile on top of everything else... inexcusable. I am telling everyone about my experience. I refuse to put water here.
