The staff are amazing, specifically Miss Tania at the desk. She should get a raise. She was very helpful and friendly, with a major shout out to House keeping.
The only downside is the inn may be a bit hard to locate in the dark. Off the main street, behind another smaller building. Needs a sign for decent location. Otherwise, this place is steller.
Pros: decent location in waimea. Room had what you'd expect in motel style room. Supplied shampoo and such. Continental breakfast was provided. Cons: wifi didn't work in our room. Construction was right outside our room. Weren't allowed to move without paying more.
The whole of Kamuela Inn feels big but cozy all at the same time. It is very close to the surrounding shops and food supplies. I will make more visits here, with a high recommendation from me.

Been there many times and always a very comfortable and quiet stay. Rooms are cozy and fits all your needs whether it be a night for two or a few days for you and your whole family. My kids always looked forward to the hot chocolate and pastries at the continental breakfasts!
Upon arriving, you will observe how attractive the building/ surroundings are. Very paniolo. Don't let that limit the frame of your vision, though. As stated before, the Inn is under renovation. Upgrades, you know. The rooms are very modern. The lobby is compact without being claustrophobic.
A nice inn for a short stay. Free breakfast and free WiFi. There's no sign on the road but it's behind Sassafras store. If you lose your hotel key, it's a $100 to pay for it. So don't lose it. Free parking and a great area in front if you want to hang out a little bit before heading out to dinner or whatever. I stayed in a $99 room. Just a bedroom, bathroom, and a cable TV. Also, they will charge you for the first night (before you get there) to reserve your room.
