Love this place.
Hiked down from the viewpoint to the black sand beach. Road becomes very rough & steep over the last mile, so walking or 4wd vehicles are necessary. Amazing views of the valley and beach, a sight to behold!
Only come here if you're in 4x4! So gorgeous and worth the sketchy drive! The views........ the beach.....amazeballs!!
Hawaii's last untouched forest area
Gorgeous place, freshwater river and very few people. Great for griling, picnics. Black sand is very soft.
